BECOME MORE EFFICIENT! You listened and it's PERFECT! The old controller dispensed too much food in 35 seconds, but this new model now programs 8 seconds of feeding so you don't have too much food. You can program additional rate settings if 8 seconds is not enough (up to 9). So if you program a quantity of 2 the feed will be released for 16 seconds etc. Not only do I have happier fish now because my water quality should improve, but I am a happier pond owner. This was the only automatic pond feeder I found that was solidly built to last and be reptile resistant and now the new feeding times make it a 5 star unit. I cover the controller with a plastic bag to prevent rain from getting in so I don't have to worry about rain ruining it. THANK YOU for listening to customer feedback.
