Was looking for a birthday present for our son's dinosaur obsessed little friend. As a parent, I know you can never have enough presentable and clean hoodies, so when I saw this one I thought it would be the perfect addition to his fall wardrobe. I have to say right away - THIS IS NOT AN AUTUMN JACKET OR COAT! This is a thin sweatshirt, the hood is lined but the body and sleeves are not. It's the perfect layer for late spring, warm early fall, or chilly summer evenings. The product looks high quality, the seams are well finished with an overlock. The colors in the product photo are true. The dinosaur front element looks like this, as if it should hold up in the wash. The sawtooth back is made of thin felt, so in order to "stand up" like a real dinosaur, it would need to be carefully ironed; Otherwise, it may crease due to creases during transport, and simply lie flat when folded to the side. NOTE: The measurements on the inner label are in centimeters, which I believe is the child's height. Overall, I really like the price, design, and utility as a thin, comfortable layer, but the description led me to believe it was warmer than it really is. The birthday boy liked it and that counts!
