Review on Efficient and Reliable: GIRARD 2GWHAM Tankless Water Heater by Mike Bonilla

The first one I bought didn't work at all and broke straight out of the box. I liked the 2nd in the short time it actually worked. It's great in concept but terrible in application. I'm in Block 5 right now. These things are NOTHING but problems and I've had problems all the time. Everything from error codes to user system crashes. A BASIC issue is that you can't buy UCP separately! If, like me, you are constantly on the move, PLEASE do not try to save money by buying this device! Choose another brand and spend your money to get a better designed device. Last. Girard's customer service is non-existent. You will NEVER receive them over the phone and if you send an email I have been waiting for a reply for over a week. It just doesn't work when you need help! AVOID!
