This was my first SUP board and I loved it! The day I received it I took it to the lake and was able to ride it with no problems. It was easy to inflate, very stable and quite manoeuvrable. On the second day the handle broke off which of course didn't affect the buoyancy of the board but made it almost impossible for me to carry the board. After the handle came loose I had to enlist my husband's help to carry the board which meant I could only use it if he wanted and could come with me to help carry it. When I contacted the seller, informed them of the problem, and asked them to fix or replace the board, they came back and offered me a $50 refund. The refund didn't solve the problem so I sent the board back.
