I love pre-cut sheet halves that lay flat on baking sheets. I also cut the leaves in half to use as bread loops for sourdough and quick breads. I used to buy a roll of parchment paper at the grocery store (a well known brand) and it stuck horribly to the bottom of my sourdough bread to the point I had to scrape it off the loaves. I had no sticking issues with this parchment paper, even at the highest temperature (550F on a pizza stone). As far as paper storage goes, it fits in the same slots as my over-the-oven baking sheet, and picking up a sheet is as easy as picking up a baking sheet.
