Bought 5 Sunbeam electric blankets. None of them lasted more than a few months. Your customer service is terrible! My wife called 4 times trying to get a replacement. The first 2 times she went through the 45 minute phone tree only to be told they were too busy to answer! For the third time, her cordless phone's battery died. The last time she used her cell phone was to charge it. Almost an hour later, she was able to order a new blanket after speaking to a representative in the Philippines, who spoke very little English. I emailed twice and it took me a month to get a useless reply. We will never buy Sunbeam products again.
