Ideal for hiking shoes
I was looking for a good cross training shoe that I can mainly use for running. I've had several pairs of Inov-8s and have been a fan since I was in boot camp. I chose this pair and they were a great shoe for long walks. My very flat feet feel very secure and supported in the shoe. And it's a lightweight shoe that I really like. Will definitely buy Inov-8s again.

- The flexible outsole allows natural movements during training.
Cons
- May not provide adequate stability for heavy lifting.
