Would you like more information.

I like the availability of videos online that explain its use, but some confusion remains. The FAQ states: Your VeloPRO training process consists of 3 phases – (1) linear motion phase, (2) torque phase, (3) underload and overload phase. All three phases are important to maximize your workout. The linear phase of movement has the main resistance along the hind leg. The torque phase will exert most resistance along the front thigh. The underload/overload phase repeats the linear drive and torque phases but requires you to do it faster and takes longer to stabilize. I can't find any further information on these phases no matter whether I search the main site, TX, or the sites in New Jersey. You may see pitchers use front and back leg straps, but when should hitters use front leg straps? Where are these three phases described and how do you carry them out? In addition, according to the size recommendation, the required size was just in the middle of the ordered range. But the ligaments appear to be exceptionally tight. Movement with bandages, such as walking, seems difficult. It is in order?
