Delicious, Simple, Easily Digested, and Convenient Source of Pure Protein

I've tried dozens of protein powders over the years and while some were acceptable, none worked well. I can't eat soy for hormonal reasons, I have trouble digesting pea protein and the like, even a small amount of stevia or any other sugar substitute seems absolutely awful to me, and I pull out the blender and find the fork in the tiny spot of the counter. There is too much trouble in my apartment with a kitchen. So I was happy to find this cocktail. Biochem Whey is easy on the stomach, the mixture leaves no aftertaste and 6 grams of cane sugar is enough for me if it is buffered with 15 grams of protein. It dissolves easily when shaken in a 16-ounce glass and tastes great mixed with water, but I find it dissolves more easily and satisfactorily when mixed with whole milk, and even faster when mixed with a little cream is added, which is ideal for relatively high fat content. , a high-protein, low-carb diet that has helped me lose 40 pounds (a lot of weight for a 5ft 3inch girl) and keep it off with little effort. I haven't eaten enough to avoid feeling hungry in the middle of the night, but more often than not it makes up for nutritional deficiencies at dinner, usually accompanied by a vegetable soup (I'm having ginger nut squash right now). ), a packaged chopped salad, sometimes complex carbs, and a handful of organic blueberries, which I'm addicted to and usually sell at Whole Foods when I'm too lazy to cook something high in protein that takes real effort. In short, I recommend the Biochem Protein Shake whether as a supplement to your regular diet or as a meal replacement if you like pure protein. I wish it was cheaper but it costs a little more money to have something on the shelf that I will actually use instead of the usual unattractive products.
