Stretchy and snug fit; the medium "fits like a glove" and the fingers are the right length. When MIG welding I wear a medium Tillman and they fit just as well. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of a sliding platform. Often, TIG gloves have a sewn-in patch to double the thickness at the edge of the hand, where it often drags across the table; these don't have it. It's not a big problem, but it's a nice feature. Still, I would buy them again for the price.
