This shake tasted decent and macros seem good for a keto diet I have bought other Perfect Keto products so I trust this brand. However, I don't feel like it goes that well with ice cream. My ice cream was gooey and didn't have the milkshake consistency that other protein shakes have. I then tried mixing it without ice and pouring it over ice, but then it just stuck to the ice cubes. It's better to use a shaker, but I haven't tried it yet. I now use it in recipes that call for protein powder.
