I have used several softboxes over the years and bought these Neewer 30" Bowens mounts to use with certain lights. There are no instructions in the box but I found a couple of youtube videos that helped. Most softboxes are intuitive to set up, but the Neewer octagons were not at all. Velcro, mine didn't have velcro and just fell out. had to buy velcro and attach it to the front diffuser and box. I used Velcro along with very small clips. I would return them but I had already assembled one and needed them to take pictures.
