When not in use, the screen folds into a compact storage bag. It's light and small. It is made of a stretchy material that needs to be tightened for maximum viewing area and wrinkle-free results. I've tried just using the hook in the top two corners but it doesn't work very well. Instead I spent about $15 on PVC pipe and built the frame. The screen is too big to slide in and out easily through a standard door, so I just leave the frame by the pool and velcro the screen in place for viewing. It comes with some adhesive hooks but my brick wall doesn't fit. I am not keeping them. I *REALLY* left it overnight twice (didn't want to pick it up after the movie), and despite a small breeze, the screen held up great. But I would *NOT* recommend leaving it outside all the time. By the way, this screen works for both front and rear projection. I can't just do rear projection in my app, but I went behind it and the video is very good to watch.
