I have used Rolls PM products for many years. They have always performed well. Rolls recently changed the power supply/adapter to a different type and this new power supply has a shorter connecting rod (at the end of the unit) which caused power outages on my particular model. Sometimes moving the plug helps, other times it just pops out. I used a power supply from my other Rolls devices instead of my newest one and the power supply is stable, so I know the problem is with the new power supply. Rolls says they will send me a new PSU. Let's hope this isn't a new "improved" style of short shaft.
