This is an eco-friendly dinnerware set perfect for any party. The panels are strong and durable. I poured some hot water and some cold water on a plate and after 30 minutes the plates are still firm and they haven't gotten wet! To be honest, I am very positively surprised by the quality of these environmentally friendly plates. I would say that the wooden fork and knife are also good quality but they might be more suitable for desserts like cakes, tarts, muffins etc than foods like ribs and chicken. You can use them for this type of food, but they may need to be pre-cut to work better with this fork and knife. However, they are stronger and more durable than you think. I love how they are individually wrapped and tamper evident, especially in this age when everyone is anti germs. This sealed bowl will bring peace of mind to my party guests. Overall I would say this is a great set and personally I would go with the smaller 7 inch plates and dessert utensils. A 9" goes well with food, but you may need different cutlery for it depending on what you like. Service. I think it's a reasonable price considering the utensils are individually sealed and boxed. You will feel great knowing that the trash you created at your party is biodegradable and won't end up in a landfill for decades.
