I really like this toothbrush. For now though, I'd suggest leaving it on the delicate setting unless you're used to the feel of such a strong brush because it's really strong. My gums started to hurt a little after the first few weeks of use, but now I don't have that problem anymore. I also noticed how noisy the race has become. It was a lot quieter at first when I got it, but now it seems like a head rattle. Anyone else notice his noise? All in all I can't complain. I love the brush no matter what.
