Excellent quality in material and workmanship. Swim leggings have a panty attached inside. This is by far the best and most correct fit of any swim leggings I've tried (and I've bought most brands from Revain). What disappointed me was the length. The pants are "shortened" and have a short inseam (average inseam is only 24"). I was expecting the leggings to be down to my ankles and they would be 2 inches above my ankle - I'm only 5ft 3" and don't have long legs. I can't imagine them working for a bigger person.
