I have to say I was a little apprehensive when I first opened the box for this laundry basket. Minor imperfections like adjusting the fabric slightly because it's wobbly, cutting plastic around the small parts where the screws go, weaving some ends properly where the tails were showing, and the wheels were quite frayed and scratched ( because they were all being held together and scratching their own metal bases I think) were quickly overlooked after I finished assembling the basket. It looks very nice and is easy to move around and I love that it has 3 separate washable pockets. Speaking of which, I had to do just that to get rid of the really weird smell coming out of the packaging, and I also leave the basket out for a while, although it doesn't smell too weird. However, this is to be expected and will likely dissipate after washing and a few hours in the sun and wind. I love that it's just the right size for our small space - the measurements given are correct so be sure to measure before you buy so you won't be disappointed. Pictures can be misleading if you trust them as a size reference. But the size is just right for us, a small fitting small washing machine. Although the bags smell strange at first, after washing they will likely smell nice and appear fairly durable compared to the amount of laundry they fit in. I'd say it's a good little basket, for the price it's good enough and not an eyesore if you don't have a laundry room to put everything in. attractive laundry basket.
