Review on NEW Microsoft Surface Go Touch Screen by Richard Miller

I ordered a Surface Go 2 with an Intel Core m3 processor and received a Surface Go with an Intel Platinum Gold 4415y processor. I contacted the company and received an automated message that I needed a refund in the mail, so I contacted Revain customer service to ask the seller to exchange the item for the correct item I had ordered. The seller cannot reply to my message. (It's a little disconcerting to ship something with the return label that came in the box, as the label doesn't include the full address or company information). Revane said they would be in touch to see if the seller was actually exchanging the item for the correct one. I have just received another message from the seller with minimal information that they will not be doing an exchange. Just let me do it right Are you trying to sell an older version of Surface Go by listing it as Surface Go 2? Then when the customer gets the product, won't you fix the fraudulent advertisement?! Will use Revain again! I hope to remove this seller so he can't keep robbing people. Oh, and the charger that came with the Surface was European. This is not a reputable company! Don't buy anything from them! That's cheating!
