The product is worse than ever, disappointed with the purchase.
Hello everyone, I want to share with you my opinion about Sony WH 1000XM4 Canceling Headphones Phone Call. Changed two pairs in two months. In one pair, the removal sensor did not work and the music was not paused. In the second pair, there were extraneous noises during walking and when turning the head. I think that headphones for 350 euros should be of better quality. I have one disappointment from them.
- The sound is top notch. Noise isolation.
- The build quality leaves much to be desired.
