Review on Interactive Spelling Puzzles for Preschoolers: 72 Word Blocks with Error Correction Mechanism (3 and 4 Pieces, Double Sided) by Matt Morrison

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Great idea and fun, but cards need some work

It ia so hard to get my 5 year interested in learning or anything that isn’t playing. Of all the learning games I have bought, he will actually do this one. He was really into these cards, but once pieces are together they don’t stay together at all. They fall apart just trying to get them into the box. I stack them together and they still fall apart. It is really frustrating. This is a 5 star idea, but the cards need some slight improvement. I would have given it 4 stars because of the small problem, but it is so frustrating even as an adult and the game just ended with tears for my son because they just kept falling apart. It is just too frustrating of a problem to give a 4 star rating. If they fix that issue, these cards are solid 5 stars.

Pros
  • Cute way to to teach sight words.
Cons
  • The error-correction feature may discourage children and make them feel frustrated
