So when I bought this it was hard to tell how exactly the rim would look compared to other products. I replaced a Dentek plastic scraper that broke after a few years and they discontinued it. All new Dentek products and similar products have a more rounded and softer edge. It's not a scraper, it should be called a massager, a little less effective scraping. However, this product, for lack of a better term, has a "blade" oriented so that by turning it over, you can have 2 cleaning angles. It made my speech cleaner than anything else I've tried. I was impressed and very happy with this purchase. I just noticed that my daughter has Orabrush. She accidentally dropped it in the bin and I told her to leave it there and I just ordered a steel tongue brush for her. The Orabrush had a rubber scraper blade paired with a patch of about 100 small pointed tips on the flat side. I'm guessing the idea is that those little pointy things release the tongue before the blade reaches it? As an aspiring comedian who has headlined The Improv? I tried it once and then threw it away. I hope she wasn't the same. Pooh. I'm pretty sure mine ended up in a landfill. There is this place. The little pointy things looked like well-groomed sea anemones that like to tickle the plaque with their tongues. I don't get any of these. Get Tongue Sweep. I didn't get the Titanium Tongue Sweeper. I didn't think my tongue scraper needed to be made the same way as the SR-71 reconnaissance aircraft. But now I'm curious. If steel was the best ever, could titanium be even better? If the Tongue Sweeper folks want to send me one, I'll review it for them. I will even expand the rehearsal group. I'll try it on a dog. Her breath has been pretty smelly lately.
