I've recently started using razor blades for cleaning and knew it was only a matter of time before I hurt myself so they seemed like a great solution. Unfortunately cheap junk. For some reason they only have one black piece on each side to secure the blade in the handle, although the product photos show there are black plastic locks on each side. And one on the razor side and one on the plastic side, so it doesn't make sense. The lids don't snap into place like they should. They fall off easily with light handling or shaking, I don't feel safe at all. Out of the 4 lids only 1 actually snaps in place and seems secure and it only snaps in on one of the sides, bad shapes I think? The first time I took the lid off to use the whole assembly fell apart in my hand and the plastic scraper blade fell off, I'm glad I didn't use the razor blade side! If you look at my close-up photo, you'll see that one is completely missing a screw. You cannot trust them to hold the blades securely or keep the guards in place during use, defeating the entire purpose of the product. Worse, the false sense of security they convey makes an accident more likely than using a simple razor blade alone. I would send them back, but I immediately threw away the packaging, so the plastic parts are going for recycling. The price is good but the quality is not. Spend a few bucks more for a product that doesn't cause a painful crash.
