It's easy to use, it has great support community (both in forums & live chat) that are very friendly, quick responses which makes me feel I can get help when needed! The ability to have multiple projects under one account so you don't need separate accounts per project/client etc. As mentioned above - excellent customer service with responsive team who always try their best to resolve issues as soon as possible. Support tickets usually take some time but they do respond quickly once we provide them information about where exactly issue occurs or what code needs to be reviewed / tested by someone from dev side of things. Sometimes there could be lag between ticket creation and actual response however this happens rarely compared to all other problems i've faced while using product over last few years. Just make sure your expectations match up with features offered out-of-the box before going ahead with purchasing license since additional modules will cost extra money even though basic functionality should not require any significant amount of customization.
