Power supplies are not even 1A continuous.
I have a 12V 1A indoor lamp. I put one of these on the lamp and it would shutdown and turn back on at 10 min. Tested multiple times and same result. Put a current meter inline and it was drawing .93A. Put different supply on (5 in box), same result. Put two supplies in parallel, no issues. These are just not capable of 1A continuous.
