I’ve used the smallest dish in this set to bake cornbread and the largest to cook enchiladas, and both came out perfectly. Besides looking very elegant, these baking dishes are sturdy yet lightweight compared to my heavy Corning French white 9x13 baking dish. They also seem to heat up more quickly than the Corning dish which means a bit less time needed in the oven. I love the easy handling and easy cleanup (I do use cooking spray first as I would with any stoneware, ceramic or Pyrex type of bakeware). Very happy with this purchase!
