I like that it helps me to know how many leads are in my pipeline at any given time, so i can make sure not too much of them get lost if there is an underperformance by one or more team members within our call center department. It also gives us easy access for all users who do work from home (or anywhere else). The interface could be better though - sometimes you need some help figuring out what's going wrong when something goes awry! Just try this software once as its very helpful tool which will definitely improve your sales performance with ease! We've been able to track customer calls/sales activities & we're getting great insights into their buying behaviours during every stage before they become customers.
