Fits into the RV sewer elbow (fits tightly to the threaded end that screws into the sewer pipe and the elbow itself) . We've stayed at several campgrounds with buried duct connections that prevent a tight (properly bolted) connection and this has completely solved the problem - it allows for a secure duct connection in a buried duct without much fuss.
