The support team is always willing to help me out when I have questions or run into problems while using their service (and they're really great). Sometimes things don't go as well as you might hope, but in general everything we've encountered has been helpful. We recommend them for courier/logistics companies - it's very easy for us to schedule deliveries without having employees do legwork! I like the fact that when I make a mistake I can go back and make changes. The fact that I can't delete a post is a bit frustrating. You can't even delete a post if you have a custom logo. It's good to have a place to go for all your needs. It's a great place to put all your orders, and it's a great place to create custom logos. I like the fact that I can send out a big batch of orders at once.
