Review on πŸ”ͺ Effortless Lens Cutting Device by Kristen Reid

Gosh it REALLY works

Okay so when I first got this cutter I hated it. I couldn't stop the glass from slipping and couldn't get a good grade, it just slightly scratched the glass. I put it aside for a while and was a little pissed that I wasted so much money on something that OBVIOUSLY didn't work. I picked it up the other day to try again but had the same experience and kicked myself again for buying it. Then today I decided to check online to see if there was any advice. I guess I should have done that from the start (DUH!). I found 2 tips that help a lot and now I really like this little device. The tips are: 1. Line a red plate with a rubber insert (one of those that have a "waffle weave”). 2. Squeeze the handle with your palm, not your fingers! These two tips give you enough pressure to get a good result and it holds the glass securely in place so where you started the circle is the dot. where you end the circle. Now it seems simple and very logical, but there aren't any useful hints in this thing and I expected it to be used as is. The manufacturer really should include a rubber seal and provide helpful instructions. and it holds the glass securely in place so that the point where you started the circle is the point where you end the circle.
