It's easy to use, it has many features that are very helpful in streamlining our business processes.

The customer service can sometimes be slow but they do get back with you quickly when there was an issue or question! I have no complaints at all about this product. This program works well if your looking to automate some of your process flows within your organization and make them more efficient as time goes by. We were able reduce errors from manual data entry into spreadsheets which made us look like we had better control over everything than what really happened without having to add extra people.
