First I plugged it into my phone and tried to turn it on. I stayed in my master bedroom which is a decent size but not huge and it wasn't very noisy at all. I've been fiddling with my phone for 10 minutes thinking some settings are wrong but no the sound is so bad. It wasn't much louder than just using my phone. I was surprised, I didn't think I was going to get a top notch speaker, but I was surprised at how bad it was.
