Updated. The company contacted me about a defective product, they offered a full refund and a replacement of the product and are very sorry about the defect. I got a replacement and it was perfect. The product is excellent for reaching hard-to-reach and high places. Great product and great customer service. I have upgraded my rating to 4 stars, if this was my first time getting a fully working product it would be 5. Initial rating. Great idea, but looking at the item it looked like the end that attaches to the colored pencil is being threaded. and it isn't. I don't know if that's how it was done or if I received a defective product. Therefore, it is not possible to attach this brush holder to a grub screw or rod, rendering it useless. Very disappointed and a waste of money.
