Also the customization of the application to suit our needs was easy. I believe that this product fits all needs for SMB's like us who require robust customer database management system but do not have the budget for such complex products. They provide good value for money and at the same time support is also available 24/7. We use it for managing contacts of our company's customers. Their team helps me by creating a list of all past customers they are dealing with and updating them with new information when required and also updating contact information. This has enabled me a lot more control over the process than what a simple spreadsheet would have done. I like that it is very customizable and can be deployed on premise or on cloud. I dislike that it is expensive and that it is not as user friendly as other CRM software. I have used it for my company and it has been a very helpful tool. It has helped us with our customer service department and has helped us to keep track of our customers and their needs.
