Progressive Tech's amazing staff will make or break your experience

I like that they are always listening to their clients needs so we never run out of anything when using them for our software solutions! They have been very responsive in getting things done quickly with no issues at all - which is exactly what you want!! Also great customer support from everyone there who works hard every day making sure everything goes smoothly for us as well :) Nothing really negative about this team but if something comes up just let me know ;) Great work force…

  • Professionalism, timeliness etc..good communication skills..nice personable people.and good problem solving attitude towards problems or situations faced along way...fast turnaround times compared other vendors....also willing take suggestions into account...like working together instead competition among peers

I am using this product from past few months and it has helped me a lot

The support given by the developer is really good. They are always there for you with their endless expertise in solving any of your CRM related challenges. Also the customization of the application to suit our needs was easy. I believe that this product fits all needs for SMB's like us who require robust customer database management system but do not have the budget for such complex products.
