We also bought the unit from a big dealer. Replacement cartridges arrived quickly and work perfectly. My problem is that they have tripled the price of replacement cartridges since we bought the original reverse osmosis unit. I'm willing to throw this unit away and buy a replacement with cheaper replacement cartridges. The quality of the replacement cartridges is not the same. The water doesn't seem that clean and the cartridges don't last long before clogging. I'm sure others will soon do the same. Gentlemen, you have pushed yourself out of the market. It's like buying printer cartridges. overloaded!
