Review on 🐦 Lafeber Classic Avi-Cakes: Nutritious, Non-GMO Bird Food for Cockatiels, Conures, Parakeets, and Lovebirds by Sheila King

One of my lovebirds almost died. I had to medicate him and am now continuing the bird's probiotic treatment and then putting him on AviCalm so I can finally hand train him. Because AviCakes have a certain natural stickiness and are a treat for birds, when I give powdered medicine to my birds, I break the AviCakes by hand and then shake the powder over the treat. Medication ends up in my lovebirds' stomachs, not on the bottom of the feeder. I usually use Nutriberries, but I always have AviCakes on hand and in reserve to dose.
