kit worked so 5 stars. If fixing things scares you, I would suggest asking someone to do it for you. However, the instructions were sufficient and the hardest part was the dexterity. I don't think you can blame MFG for this, it would be the same for every install. From my kit there was a magnetized screw head and a neutral one. It was still a little difficult putting things back together. Free and unsolicited advice - Take your time separate the screws for each step as they are different sizes. We ended up with a screen that worked and no longer cracked.
