My 5 year old son loves it! It's soft, warm and roomy. He likes that it has pockets and a flap at the back; making it easier to go on potty #2 and/or girl (seated). However! The front seam is NOT a zipper, they are buttons. So your kid needs to be able to unzip them when they need to go to #1, leading to some close-knit conversations. It seems that it would be easier to zip up the front, but then it would be more noticeable. It's ok to be honest, but be aware if you have small children. But we live it. We got so many extras for him at his Christmas show and family Christmas parties. Very funny!
