Laptop: Predator G5-793SSD: Crucial MX 500 1TB 3D NAND SATA M.2 Internal SSD Type 2280SS - CT1000MX500SSD4The SSD I bought fits Crucial perfect in USB. I only removed two screws on the front to get the inside out (no need to remove the back screws). As soon as I plugged the USB into my laptop, it quickly recognized it. I had no problems during the cloning process with this USB.
