Well first of all it arrived with the lid open and the plastic bag ripped open on the side. I'm actually a little afraid to even use it since it's unsealed. I'm not sure how it could accidentally be opened like this. It really feels like someone would have to rip open the packaging and unscrew the bottle for it to arrive in terrible condition. Anyway, apart from how it was delivered, I've washed the bottle and the soap itself seems good. It has no odor left after thorough washing. I don't think I will order this again.
