I thought it was a pretty good deal, with 3GB ROM and 64GB RAM and the ability to add up to 128GB SD micro card. However, the pre-installed software package was designed to use the tablet primarily as a cell phone. It annoyed me a little but thought it might be worth a try to see if there would be any issues like I had with another "tablet" I bought a few years ago, this really was just a big phone. Of course, such issues are fixed in the latest version of Android, right? I bought this product to transfer a fairly large game from my mobile phone to a tablet with a much larger screen and equal (if not better) processing power and storage capacity. However, the game turned out to be "incompatible" with the tablet. So I tried to transfer another game but I had problems installing it. I decided to try something much smaller first and then found that this app keeps crashing as soon as I touch its icon to launch it. I tried another application that I use to save passwords. At first everything worked fine, then it kept crashing. Something was wrong with either the hardware or the tablet software (or both), so I started the return process. Contacting Revain tech support would have resulted in repeating everything I had already tried so I contacted support directly and they arranged a refund. Although this tablet looks interesting, it is actually poorly made or the pre-installed software package has some serious drawbacks when not used as a phone. I strongly recommend that you exercise caution before purchasing this item.
