The perfect purchase for me, exactly what I was looking for!
Since this is my first Apple product, I can't make any direct comparisons to other versions (on Intel, for instance), but I can compare it to my fairly powerful Asus. This machine is lightning fast, hardly ever overheats, and can function for a long period even when disconnected from the internet. I am completely content with the acquisition.
- highly capable of integrating with popular post-production software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve; Battery life is between 10 and 12 hours; The rate of production is incredible. The portability of this laptop is undeniably a plus.
- There are currently only a small handful of ARM64-optimized apps available. You can use the excellent built-in Rosetta 2 translator, but it's not quite the same.
