Long cable, works well with Mac/Windows but very poor quality

At first I thought this cable was great. Worked great at home but one use in the field was enough to destroy it. While the USB-C side is connected to the laptop and ANY pressure is applied to the cable C-connector boot, the USB-C connector (metal part) completely disengages from the cable's plastic boot. Field use in better than usual conditions was enough to ruin this cable.

Pros

This console cable has an integrated FTDI FT232R + RS232 level shifter chip, cable length is 1.8m (6ft). Compatible with any laptop/PC with a USB-C port to console port, such as B. Cisco, Ubiquiti, Juniper, Fortigate, Mikrotik, Huawei, HP Procurve and more.
