In general, the felt boards and letters are very pleasant. The ad and description said you will receive a table stand and the photo showed an easel. Mine wasn't there. I asked the seller to send the easel and it was excuse after excuse. They say it comes with a black plastic stand on the back which is nicer, well the positioning of this cheap stand means the felt board sits at too great an angle and you can't read it properly. I re-requested the easel shown in the photo and they refused to send it. I will return it and buy the product somewhere else where the ads are not fake and they have customer support. I will not order from this seller again!
