I had a competitor mirror before but found straight lines didn't help me with trajectory. Also, it was a small version, so it didn't have a shoulder alignment. I wanted something that showed a curve so I went for this one. I've had it for a few weeks now and this is what I've seen. I was able to make improvements immediately. First, I had no idea how high my shoulders were as my left shoulder was very open to target. The location of the shoulder alignment line helped me determine this. Second, running tees all the way through helped me a lot because I tend to clear and then cross. So with this board I can plan step by step what I need to improve. Eventually the arc along with the square horizontal lines helped me see that I was opening the stick and then closing it too hard. The packaging and instructions that come with it are great too. As high quality as the product itself. It seems strong and durable. In short, this is one of the best styling products I have ever used. On my last round my husband said it was the best punch he had ever seen. I had 30 hits on my last lap on my home field, which is a big improvement for me. In the previous round I had 35, and in the previous round, I'm ashamed to admit, I had 40! That convinced me that I need to invest more time. I'm doing a lot more 5-10ft and I think that's because my starting line has improved a lot due to the changes I've made to the path and face.
