First read all the information eXtremeRate has to say about compatible controllers. I didn't do much, but there were still some issues. The bezel cover was for Gen 4 and Gen 5 controllers aka (PS4 Slim Controller and above). I have a Gen 3 controller so obviously it doesn't fit. However, since I've already made some custom controller mods, I've been able to customize them to my liking. I had to cut and trim some plastic pieces. If you read all the information and order the right faceplate for the right controller, you'll have no problem. Now I ordered a crystal clear purple faceplate but Revain sent me a purple fog faceplate. It was still purple so I didn't mind too much. I read another person where the opposite happened. So get tired of it. Okay so I have to add a star to my rating. I have contacted ExtremeRate and they will send me the exact color I ordered. They showed the level of customer service that I love to see in any company.
