I like that it allows me as an individual who is not tech savvy but needs voice prompts in my daily work (writing newsletters) can now have those features available without having someone else handle them! The fact they are working with some of our favorite brands makes us feel more secure about their ability at this time when we're still trying out many different providers before making sure what works best will be used by all clients going forward into 2020/2021 COVID19 era. It's easy because there isn't much learning involved if your computer has access online which mine does through Chrome browser so no need go anywhere outside just click play button after signing up process complete then start writing down words from Google search results etc.,.
