Before you buy a hydrometer, make sure you do a few things.
Before you buy a hydrometer, you should definitely learn how to use it. You might be excited to just flop in and test it, but it's not that easy. The included instructions are helpful, but may take a YouTube video or two to understand. While our first one broke in shipping, the company was more than willing to work with us to replace it direct and were a pleasure to work with. If you don't have the right test containers, I would definitely recommend their 4 ounce clear glass vial.
