The interface was easy enough that my team could use it without much training or assistance from our account manager who helped us setup everything we needed.

It's very customizable so you can make changes as your needs change over time. I wish there were more templates available but they are adding new ones all the time! We're using this tool primarily to track billable hours against projects within our accounting system which has been great because its saved me tons of work doing manual calculations each month.
